About

A senior marketing leader built for the revenue seat.

I've spent 20 years building the commercial engines behind B2B businesses, most recently as SVP & CMO at RunSafe Security.

My path has been unusual on purpose. SVP and CMO seats at venture-backed cybersecurity and SaaS companies. Eight years founding and running an award-winning marketing agency. Marketing leadership across B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, professional services, industrial, architecture, healthcare, and manufacturing. A decade in U.S. Army leadership before any of it. Each seat sharpened the same instinct: marketing exists to move the business, not to look busy.

I've rebuilt marketing organizations from scratch. I've inherited them mid-crisis and made them accountable to revenue. I've repositioned categories that were losing to competitors, aligned executive teams on one revenue plan, and reported the results to boards and investors in language they trust.

Alongside the B2B work, I've led consumer and B2C brands, home services, homeowner-facing design and construction, and retail-style demand, so I'm equally comfortable marketing to a buying committee or a household. My client list spans both.

My focus now is start-ups. I want the seat where positioning, the first repeatable pipeline, and the revenue engine still have to be built, as CMO, VP Marketing, or Head of Marketing, with marketing at the leadership table owning the number.

The best marketing leader isn't the loudest voice in the room. It's the one the CEO can hand the growth number to and stop worrying about it.

Philosophy

What you can expect from me on the leadership team.

I take the seat, not the sideline

I don't deliver decks and leave. I sit at the leadership table, own the number, and stay accountable for the outcome.

Marketing should make decisions easier

If your team can't explain why revenue is growing, or isn't, marketing isn't doing its job. I make the picture legible to the board.

Clarity before campaigns

Positioning, ICP, and the revenue plan come before channels and tactics. Execution only works once everyone agrees where you're going.

Build teams that compound

I hire, mentor, and lead marketing orgs that keep performing after the quarter ends. The team is the deliverable.

Industries

Where I've led marketing.

Hiring executives ask one thing first: have you led marketing in my world? The answer is usually yes.
